Title: How can we reduce duplicate work in shared projects?

Sometimes two people work on the same task without realizing it because they didn't see the latest updates. How do you prevent this?

I've had this problem -- once, two designers unknowingly created almost identical presentations. We solved it by keeping all "in progress" work in a shared library and tagging files with the responsible person's name. I discovered on https://www.iweee.org/ that centralized platforms make it easier to track updates and see who is working on what. After implementing this, we stopped wasting time on duplicate work, and our team coordination improved dramatically.
