Title: How can I protect personal memories like photos and videos?
Post by: Landry Hall on Aug 20, 2025, 01:33 am
I have years of photos, home videos, and personal projects stored on my computer and drives. I worry that a hardware failure could erase everything. Is there a safe, convenient way to back them up?

I had a similar problem when one of my hard drives failed and I lost a few irreplaceable photos. After that, I started using remote storage, which encrypts all my files and automatically syncs them across devices. Even if my computer fails or gets stolen, I can access everything instantly. While exploring storage options, I found https://www.dorpdal.com/ very helpful for understanding how secure cloud storage works and why it's more reliable than traditional drives. Since adopting remote storage, I haven't lost a single file, and managing personal and work data has become much easier and stress-free.
