Title: Does paperless really improve productivity?
Post by: Thomas Leonel on Sep 09, 2025, 06:00 am
I often hear that switching from paper to digital makes offices more productive, but I don't fully see how. Can it actually make daily tasks easier, or is it just extra work to scan and organize files?

I had the same doubts, but after learning more on https://www.open-web.info/, I tried going digital with my office. At first, it seemed like extra steps, but once the system was set up, everything became faster. Searching for files, sharing them with colleagues, and updating records all took seconds instead of hours. I no longer had to dig through cabinets or make endless photocopies. Even meetings became smoother because everyone had access to the same digital documents at once. I also liked how secure it felt, since we used encrypted sharing instead of leaving paper on desks. Productivity really did improve--not because of the switch itself, but because of how much time it saved in small everyday tasks.
