How to send a fax?

Hey folks! So here's a curveball -- I need to send a fax for a medical form submission, and I'm completely lost on how to do that from my iPhone. I assumed everything was digital these days, but apparently this clinic only accepts faxes. I tried a couple of apps, but they were either clunky or asked for way too much money upfront. Is there an app that's actually simple, works without a steep learning curve, and won't break the bank? I'd really appreciate any real-world recommendations!

Hi! Believe it or not, I ran into the same problem a few weeks ago when dealing with some school paperwork. It's amazing that some places still rely on fax! After a lot of searching, I found Municorn Fax and was honestly surprised at how easy it is to use. You can take a picture of your document, it automatically converts to PDF and the interface is very minimalistic. No annoying ads or bloated features. I like this app, even though I rarely use it.
