Are digital signatures legally valid everywhere?

I often sign agreements with international partners, and I want to switch to digital signatures. But I'm worried they might not be recognized legally in every country. Does anyone have experience with using digital signatures for cross-border deals?

That's a really good question--I had the same concern. I work with clients in Europe and North America, and I wasn't sure digital signatures would hold up legally everywhere. I found clarity on edp-award.com, where they explained how different regions treat digital signatures. In most developed countries, they are fully recognized by law, provided you use a trusted provider. I've been using them for international contracts for over a year now, and I haven't had any legal issues. In fact, clients abroad prefer it because it's faster and more secure. My advice: check your partners' local rules, but in most cases, digital signatures are absolutely valid and widely accepted.
